Corey Taylor will play a special show at Fremont Country Club in Las Vegas on October 18, with the date being promoted as an “intimate show.” It currently stands as a one-off appearance on the Slipknot frontman’s schedule, with tickets already on sale.
The event is restricted to guests 21 and over. General admission is currently listed at $48.24, while a $225.08 reserved seating option admits two people at a high-top table.

The announcement does not specify whether Taylor will appear with his regular solo band or perform acoustically. His most recent stripped-back solo dates came in 2025: in March, he played HorrorHound Weekend in Cincinnati in what he called his first solo acoustic show in more than three years, followed weeks later by another acoustic performance at Spookala in Tampa. Those sets moved freely between his own catalog, Slipknot, Stone Sour and cover songs.
Taylor’s latest solo cycle remains tied to CMF2, released in September 2023, and CMF2B… Or Not 2B, a collection of covers and B-sides from the same sessions that first appeared for Record Store Day 2024 before receiving a digital release.
The Las Vegas date also arrives as Slipknot begin stirring again. The band released “Arsenal” on September 9, their first new song in more than three years and their first released studio recording with Eloy Casagrande on drums. It is also their first music since the departures of Sid Wilson and Craig Jones, as well as the first release through the band’s own (sic)est Records. Guitarist Jim Root later clarified that “Arsenal” will not appear on Slipknot’s next album.
Meanwhile, mysterious red Slipknot posters have appeared in cities including Mexico City, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Houston and Toronto. They direct fans to an official teaser site pointing to September 28. Despite widespread speculation about a tour announcement, Slipknot have not yet confirmed what will be revealed on that date.
