THE HU Release “Grey Hun” Ahead Of New Album Hun

The Mongolian band unveiled “Grey Hun” with a music video directed by Dashdondog Bayarmagnai ahead of Hun.

THE HU have released “Grey Hun”, a new preview of Hun, their third studio album, scheduled for July 24 via Better Noise Music. The single arrived with an official music video directed by Dashdondog Bayarmagnai.

“Grey Hun” encourages listeners to be comfortable with who they are. Enkush said the song began with a riff he composed while imagining a man riding his horse across a vast landscape, and that the band took time to finish it because they wanted to clearly communicate its positive message.

Hun follows Rumble of Thunder, released in 2022, and continues the sound the band has described as Hunnu Rock: traditional Mongolian instruments, throat singing and contemporary rock and metal structures.

The band will support the album with international touring. This summer, THE HU will appear as guests on the U.S. tour featuring Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson, before heading to Europe and the United Kingdom for dates with SKÁLD.
