Welcome To Rockville Announces 2027 Dates After 210,000-Attendee Edition

Welcome To Rockville has announced its 2027 dates. The festival returns to Daytona Beach from May 6-9 after drawing 210,000 fans in 2026.

Danny Wimmer Presents has officially announced the dates for the 2027 edition of Welcome To Rockville, Florida's largest rock, metal and punk festival. The event will celebrate its 16th year from May 6-9, 2027 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Organizers confirmed that four-day General Admission, VIP and Daytona Owners Club passes will go on sale on June 22 at 10:00 a.m. ET. A subscriber presale will begin on June 19, while hotel packages are already available.

Fans will also be able to purchase four-day camping and parking passes, while flexible layaway plans will allow attendees to secure their spot for as little as one dollar down. Danny Wimmer Presents will once again partner with GOVX to provide discounted passes for military personnel, nurses, firefighters and law enforcement members.

The announcement follows a landmark 2026 edition in which Welcome To Rockville celebrated its 15th anniversary by attracting 210,000 attendees from all 50 U.S. states and 30 countries, further cementing its status as one of North America's premier heavy music festivals.

The 2026 lineup featured more than 160 bands across five stages, headlined by Foo Fighters, My Chemical Romance, Guns N' Roses and Bring Me The Horizon. Additional performers included Turnstile, Five Finger Death Punch, The Offspring, Breaking Benjamin, A Day To Remember, Godsmack, Staind, Parkway Drive, Lamb of God and Yellowcard, among many others.

Originally launched in Jacksonville, Florida in 2011, Welcome To Rockville found its permanent home at Daytona International Speedway in 2021. Since then, the festival has consistently delivered record-breaking attendance figures while becoming one of the most important events on the international rock and metal festival calendar.

According to organizers, the festival generates more than $80 million annually in economic impact, benefiting local tourism, hospitality businesses, restaurants and other commercial sectors throughout the Daytona Beach area.

No artists have yet been announced for the 2027 edition, but the early confirmation of dates traditionally marks the beginning of anticipation for one of the most eagerly awaited lineups in the rock and metal festival circuit.
