Epica to bring The Symphonic Synergy to Royal Albert Hall in 2027

Epica will bring The Symphonic Synergy to London’s Royal Albert Hall as part of the band’s worldwide 25th-anniversary celebrations.

Epica will bring one of their most ambitious live productions to London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 6, 2027. The Dutch symphonic metal band will perform with a full orchestra and choir for a U.K.-exclusive edition of The Symphonic Synergy, forming part of their 25th-anniversary celebrations.

The concert will also mark Epica’s first performance at the Royal Albert Hall, adding one of London’s most celebrated venues to a milestone year that will feature a limited number of special shows around the world.

The Symphonic Synergy was introduced in 2024 with four sold-out performances across Amsterdam and Mexico City. The two Mexico City dates at the Auditorio Nacional drew approximately 20,000 fans, while the four concerts combined reached an audience of roughly 30,000.

The production places Epica alongside a complete orchestra and choir, expanding the orchestral arrangements that have always been central to the band’s sound. For 2027, the concept will return through a carefully selected series of international performances rather than a conventional full-scale tour.

General ticket sales open September 4 at 10:00 a.m. GMT through Epica’s official tour page.
