HELLFEST is preparing for one of the most significant editions in its history. Organizers have confirmed that the festival will return to Clisson, France, from June 17 to June 20, 2027, for a special edition celebrating the event's 20th anniversary.
Alongside the announcement, the festival revealed that all four-day passes will go on sale on July 7 at 1:00 PM (GMT+2) through the official ticketing platform.
While no lineup details have been unveiled, the announcement has already generated excitement among fans worldwide. In recent years, four-day passes have routinely sold out within hours — and sometimes minutes — making ticket day one of the most anticipated moments of the year for the global metal community.
Since its inception, HELLFEST has grown into one of the world's premier rock and metal festivals. What began as an event rooted primarily in extreme metal, hardcore, and punk has evolved into a massive celebration of heavy music that attracts tens of thousands of fans from across the globe every year.
Throughout its history, HELLFEST has hosted some of the most influential artists in rock and metal, including Iron Maiden, Metallica, Black Sabbath, KISS, Judas Priest, Motörhead, Rammstein, Slipknot, Tool, Guns N' Roses, Scorpions, and Ozzy Osbourne.
The 2027 edition carries added significance as it marks two decades of continuous growth. During that time, HELLFEST has established itself among the elite tier of international festivals alongside events such as Wacken Open Air, Download Festival, and Graspop Metal Meeting.
