Puscifer continue expanding the conceptual world of Normal Isn’t with the release of a new visualizer tied to Tales From The Pusciverse, the comic series created by Maynard James Keenan.
The new clip centers around “The Synth Whisperer”, a character portrayed by Mat Mitchell, whose role has become increasingly important within the band’s sonic and visual identity. The narrative draws directly from the third issue of the comic series and maintains the surreal, dark and experimental aesthetic that has defined the band’s recent output.
Built around science fiction imagery, digital distortion and abstract symbolism, the release further reinforces Puscifer’s multidisciplinary approach, where music operates as part of a larger audiovisual narrative.
The visualizer also arrives amid growing anticipation surrounding the return of A Perfect Circle and Puscifer to Mexico. Both bands are scheduled to perform together on November 25, 2026 at Estadio Fray Nano in Mexico City, marking the only Mexican date announced so far.
Meanwhile, the Normal Isn’t universe continues expanding through visualizers, recurring characters and comic books that further develop the so-called “pusciverse”, blurring the lines between music, performance art and storytelling.
