Finally the long-awaited day arrived, all the fans of the band were more than ready for their return, after canceling their show in Hell and Heaven 2018 for an emergency operation on the vocal cords of Jesse Leach, the band performed at the Flying Circus December 14, courtesy of Eyescream Productions We tell you how we live the show!
From early, the fans arrived at the venue, when they entered, they ran to the official merch table, for their shirt that included a signed poster, the pieces were limited, and the followers of the band were not going to miss this opportunity, that's why , that for the show of Dead Legacy, one of the opening bands had a pretty nice capacity for their show, followed by them, Never Say Die, one of the spoiled gangs of the Mexican scene prepared the ground for KSE, raising the spirits of the audience and opening the first moshpit of the night.
When his performance ended, the music started playing again, the team of Killswitch He was already preparing the stage for his long-awaited appearance, after a few minutes, the venue was almost entirely, and while we waited for the grand opening, 'The Final Countdown' began to sound, something that made it very noticeable that it was a matter of seconds the arrival of the band. Smoke began to spread across the stage, people kept shouting !, and in a few seconds, the band came in powerful with 'Unleashed' Incredible opening!
The emotion of the band was notorious, then they played one of their greatest hits, grateful to the public for the reception, they gave rise to 'Hate by Design' and 'The Crownless King'.
It should be noted that the chemistry of Jesse Leach with the public it was unmatched, in the second song he was already in front row with his fans, in addition, he had the confidence to throw himself to the public, who supported him while singing 'My Last Serenade', and it was not the only occasion on the night that he had such an approach.
The next songs to vibrate the Flying Circus were 'This Fire', song that we know has quite emotional lyrics, and the choirs of the audience were not lacking, the next song was 'Reckoning', after that, there was a point of interaction between band and audience: 'Hello friends how are you? that's the only spanish I know ', followed by laughter joked on stage, 'It is amazing to be here, after having to cancel last year for my operation'added Leach.
It started to sound 'I'm Broken Too', that despite being one of his new songs, most of the public knew all the lyrics.
The party continued with 'Rose of Sharyn', in the middle of the act Jesse He got a little scared when he received a hat from a fan directly on his chest, who put it on for a few seconds and threw it back to the public.
We continue with another song of 'Atonement': 'As Sure as the Sun Will Rise', personally one of my favorites from the new album, also, on stage, they had mounted a Mexican flag with the name of that song, surely from the fan club.
'In Due Time' and 'The Signal Fire' were the next songs to perform, as we well know, in this last one Howard Jones, former vocalist of the band, collaborates with Jesse. Jones will be touring the United States with KSE and his band Light The Torch, It would have been epic to be part of that duet tonight !, and although Leach flipped sidestage, it was just an illusion to see Howard on stage, even so, Jesse he interpreted it in its entirety with the energy that characterizes it.
From this moment on, the night continues with the band's classic cigars: 'Always', 'My Curse', 'This Is Absolution' and 'The End of a Heartache', song where the choirs were awesome, literal Jesse he let the audience sing various parts of the song.
To close the event 'Strenght of the Mind ' and Holy Diver, cover of It gaveThey were chosen to end a show that was highly anticipated by Mexicans.
An incredible devotion from the fans, a total commitment to the band, it was really impressive to hear everyone singing absolutely all the songs, at times those choirs made it easy for the voice of Jesse Just fabulous!
