Havok have released new single “The Ultimate Weapon” on September 8 alongside its official music video, arriving just before the Colorado thrash band heads out on two major headline runs through Europe and North America.
The song leans directly into the fundamentals of Havok’s sound, combining driving thrash riffs, rock and roll attitude and anti-authoritarian lyrics. The band has already confirmed that “The Ultimate Weapon” will become part of the upcoming live set, with its chorus designed to be shouted back from the crowd.
The release continues Havok’s new chapter with BLKIIBLK, the heavy music imprint of Frontiers Label Group. The band began its relationship with the label through previous single “Fifth Generation Warfare,” following the independently released New Eyes EP in 2024.
Havok will tour Europe this month with Blood Red Throne, Xonor and Eradikated, including stops across Belgium, the U.K., Spain, Germany and Hungary. The Spanish leg includes Revi Live in Madrid on September 23 and Salamandra in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat on September 24.
The band will then return to North America for a 26-date headline tour with Hellripper, Slackjaw and Xoth. The run begins October 21 at Metro Music Hall in Salt Lake City and wraps November 20 with a hometown show at Denver’s Gothic Theatre.
