PRESIDENT have finally broken the silence surrounding one of the most mysterious modern alternative metal projects in recent memory. After months of speculation and cryptic teasers, the masked outfit officially confirmed that their debut album will be titled “Blood of Your Empire” and will arrive on September 4, 2026 through Atlantic Records.
Alongside the announcement, the band also released their latest single “DOOM LOOP”, the third official track unveiled this year following “Angel Wings” and “Mercy”, songs that helped fuel anticipation around the enigmatic project.
According to statements shared by the band, the song explores “the strange tragedy of time,” reflecting on how people spend their lives chasing, wasting and fearing it before finally understanding its value once moments are already gone. “It’s a reminder for people to be present while they are actually living their lives, not just remembering them afterwards,” the band explained.
Blood of Your Empire”, an album the band describes as deeply personal and rooted in existential struggles, mortality and spirituality.
According to the project, the record was born from a personal existential crisis and an attempt to understand humanity’s complicated relationship with faith. “Religion has inspired incredible compassion, purpose and beauty in the world — but it has also been responsible for unimaginable suffering and bloodshed throughout history,” the band explained. “This album lives in the tension between those two truths.”
That duality appears to serve as the conceptual core of the album, exploring belief, fear, humanity and emotional destruction through a sound that merges alternative metal, atmospheric rock and modern experimental metalcore influences.
While the identities of the members remain unknown, the band’s rapid rise throughout the last year has been fueled by the visual construction of their music videos and live performances. Alongside the album announcement, PRESIDENT also confirmed a North American tour beginning exactly on release day, September 4, launching at the Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, Tennessee.
In addition to standard physical editions, limited collector vinyl variants restricted to 1,000 copies each were also announced, including “Custard Tart” and “Brown and White Galaxy” pressings.
