Jinjer continue solidifying their place as one of modern metal’s most intense and technically devastating bands with the release of a new live video for “Tantrum,” the opening track from their latest studio album, Duél, released last year through Napalm Records.
The footage was captured during the band’s sold-out performance at Sentrum Scene in Oslo, Norway, this past February as part of the international leg of the “Duél” tour. The video showcases the precision and overwhelming aggression that currently define the band, featuring Tatiana Shmayluk, Roman Ibramkhalilov, Eugene Abdukhanov and Vladislav Ulasevich operating at one of the strongest points of their career.
The live video arrives while the group continues an extensive international touring cycle that has already taken them through Europe, Latin America and Indonesia.
Bassist Eugene Abdukhanov spoke about the band’s upcoming return to North America and the significance of this next touring chapter: “After a hugely successful run across Europe, Latin America and Indonesia, we’re beyond excited to bring the Duél album cycle back to North America for our first headline tour there since 2024.”
The North American leg begins on June 5 in Ottawa, Canada, marking JINJER’s first headlining run across the region in two years.
