Guitarist Zakk Wylde, known for his work with Black Label Society and Pantera, has officially announced the 2026 edition of his Berzerkus festival. The event will take place across two dates: August 28 at Pavilion at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and August 29 at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York.
Both shows will be headlined by Lamb of God, reinforcing the festival’s focus on major names in modern heavy music. The lineup also features Black Label Society, Down and Suicidal Tendencies, along with side projects such as Zakk Sabbath, a tribute to Black Sabbath led by Wylde.
The Scranton date will additionally include performances by FAN HALEN, BONFIRE and USE YOUR ILLUSION, broadening the event’s scope beyond its core lineup. DARK CHAPEL, led by guitarist Dario Lorina, will also appear, reinforcing the festival’s connection to Wylde’s extended creative circle.sBeyond live performances, Berzerkus 2026 continues its immersive approach with activities such as the “Ride For Dime” tribute to late Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell, strongman competitions, custom car shows, interactive contests and a battle of the bands at the Pennsylvania date. This format positions the festival as a community-driven event centered around heavy music culture and fan engagement.
