Acclaimed Japanese instrumental post-rock band MONO have announced their return to Latin America with the Oath Latin American Tour 2026, a series of live performances scheduled for April next year. Renowned for their emotional depth and cinematic soundscapes, MONO continue to cultivate a strong and lasting connection with audiences across the region.
The tour will begin in Mexico with three consecutive dates in Guadalajara, Querétaro and Mexico City, before moving south. The band will then perform in Santiago, Chile, and conclude the tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina. All shows are set in mid-sized venues, suggesting intimate performances where atmosphere and sonic immersion take center stage.
Since forming in the late 1990s, MONO have established themselves as one of the most respected names in global post-rock. Their music is defined by towering crescendos, extended moments of silence and a near-orchestral sense of composition, turning each live show into a deeply immersive experience rather than a conventional concert.
The Oath Latin American Tour 2026 offers fans a rare opportunity to reconnect with a band that communicates emotion without words. For MONO, Latin America represents more than just tour stops — it is a region where their music has found profound resonance through shared intensity and emotional openness.
