Dayseeker unveils Creature In The Black Night and releases title track video

Dayseeker announces Creature In The Black Night (Oct 24) with a dark, cinematic title track and confirms extensive 2025 tour dates.

Post-hardcore band Dayseeker will release their seventh studio album, Creature In The Black Night, on October 24, 2025, via Spinefarm Records. The album follows the earlier single “Pale Moonlight” and premieres with the cinematic title track.

Produced by Daniel Braunstein and mixed by Zakk Cervini, the record builds on the band's signature emotive sound with darker tones, heavier riffing, and a thematic cohesion hinting at horror and introspection.

Frontman Rory Rodriguez explains the title track captures "the darker part of your conscience overpowering you." The album art featuring a Grim Reaper silhouette underscores the album’s ominous concept and sonic weight.

The cover art features a silhouette of the Grim Reaper and a somber aesthetic that reflects the album's thematic cohesion, which traverses dark, introspective, and nightmarish terrain. The band redefines its musical identity with a greater presence of heavy guitars and more aggressive vocals, maintaining a true balance between melody and power.

Dayseeker will support the release with extensive touring in 2025, including headlining shows and opening slots for Ice Nine Kills and In This Moment, alongside festival appearances.
