American hard rock band Halestorm has released the official video for 'Everest,' the title track from their upcoming self-titled album, due out August 8 via Atlantic Records.

Vocalist Lzzy Hale described “Everest” as “the pinnacle of everything we’ve fought for: every scream, every scar, every triumph.” She added that the album represents the band “stronger, bolder, and more brutally honest than ever, standing strong in the face of the storm.”
‘Everest’ is the second preview of the album, following the release of ‘Darkness Always Wins’, which has already entered the top 20 on active rock radio in the United States and has been well received on stations in the United Kingdom.
The album was produced by Dave Cobb, known for his work with artists such as Brandi Carlile and Chris Stapleton. Halestorm took a more spontaneous recording approach, writing and recording simultaneously, resulting in a rawer, more authentic sound.
