“In Moon Healer, we unravel the grim narrative of a close friend consumed by an unwavering quest for enlightenment. They achieve this through a compulsive embrace of hallucinogenic drugs. “This story builds on the foundation laid on our previous album, Sun Eater, and delves into the complexities brewing in our friend’s psyche,” the band says, “While under the influence of these drugs, this individual claimed to have found entities and find themselves in indescribable worlds that defy rational understanding. Many who undergo such experiences draw intriguing parallels between various facets of Gnostic philosophy, biblical depictions of angels, and the stages of the Bardo Thodol described in the Tibetan Book of the Dead. On the album's opening track, 'Beyond The Chemical Doorway', our friend vividly expresses his hallucinations, recounting the experience of passing through forbidden, Gnostic-like realms, each story culminating in the total disintegration of his being. the same ".
