The band of folk metal German Feuerschwanz debuts next June 26 his most recent work "Das elfte Gebot", which remains faithful to the sound that has characterized the group since its inception.
A totally medieval melody opens the album with “Meister der Minne"Which then step on the accelerator a little more with"Metfest" The characteristic seasoned sound of the Germans remains present even in their most melodious songs such as “Das elfte Gebot”Which gives the album its name as such; and also in "Kampfzwerg" A little slower but without losing that stoicism of supremacy and battles we find "Im Bauch des Wals", the kind of theme that you would sing horn in hand with your battle comrades in a tavern many centuries ago.
One of the best topics of the job is just the button on it: “Mission Eskalation ” is a track moved and that put in the middle of the disc gives you a good refresh to continue the pleasant experience. "SchildmaidListening immediately makes me think of the work of bands like Alestorm while on the other hand, "Malleus Maleficarum ” it must be said it is a somewhat slow and monotonous subject but that is compensated with the energy of “Lords Of Powermet ” and even more, with the heaviness and aggressiveness of "Totentanz"; which I can definitely say is my favorite plate theme. "Unter dem Drachenbanner”Closes in a good way with those medieval tones and a lot heavy metal full of catchy choruses and a very digestible beat. The disc in its extended version also has covers to songs by big bands like Rammstein, Sabaton, Powerwolf among others, which we leave to the consideration of the fans of these bands to decide if they are good or not.
