Dexter Holland, leader of The offspring has been sued by the aeronautical company Cessna. According The Pulse of RadioCessna is claiming the singer the amount of $ $782,422.16, for the debt of a private jet that Holland tried to buy from the company.
Cessna alleges that in 2007, it financed Holland to purchase the plane. However, the member of The Offspring had serious problems making the payments, so he asked the company for permission to sell the plane and get the money to pay them, in addition to putting two other planes he owned as collateral. Now, after a year of not receiving any payment, Cessna claims the payment of the money or the two aircraft it had as a guarantee.
