Blaze Bayley: Looking to the future without leaving Heavy Metal

Talk about Blaze bayley, is to refer to two important bands: Wolfsbane and Iron Maiden; with everything and what the shock of emotions may have. Comments in favor against, but always generating some noise.

Before colliding with the current present, we will make a brief and respectful review of the career of Blaze bayley.

1989 - 1994: It was Wolfsbane.

As the heavy metal it was in its most commercial facet, and before the alternative era of grunge, industrial rock, and new age was fully entered.
It began what would be a new musical avalanche within British Heavy Metal (The Almighty, The Wildhearts etc ..), there was a young, talented and promising band called Wolfsbane from Tamworth, England; who had a clear influence of Iron maiden and the attitude of Van Halen. But their records did not achieve the commercial impact they wanted, yet it was the first band to sign with the record label. Def American, brand of that young entrepreneur and producer Rick Rubin (who would later be the producer on the legendary albums American records from the late Jhonny Cash).
Rubin produced the first album of Wolfsbane that had a title Live Fast and Die Fast of the year 1989, without having the desired impact.
In 1990, the EP would come to us that would take like title All Hell's Breaking Loose Down At Little Katy Wilson's Place, which would have all the muscular seal of the producer Brendan O'Brien (Perl Jam and Stone Temple Pilots), what is a Extended Play more solid than what had been achieved initially with the Live Fast a previous year.
By 1991 the second album of Wolfsbane, which would be titled Down Fall The Good Guys, an LP with 12 tracks and that would run in the same way with the production of Brendan O'Brien, this album would win two singles "Ezy" and "After Midnight" and with the album cover under the creativity of Simon Piasecki.
In the year 93 of the last century, Wolfsbane He would release the live Massive Noise Injection, recorded at The Marquee, London in February 1993, which would have a limited edition and version for Japan.
1994: Wolfsbane and his latest self-titled album Wolfsbane, signed with Bronze Records, with the production of Simon Efemy (Paradise Lost and The Wildhearts), almost like saying goodbye and with the eyes of Iron maiden put in Blaze bayley, Bayley leaves the band and with it the end to the story of a good legacy.

1995-1998: He was Blaze Bayley in Iron Maiden

In 1994 Blaze bayleyI had been auditioning for Iron maiden, leaving his companions stranded and stranded Wolfsbane. But far from that Bayley in this short season he could only record two records, in which the criticism had mixed comments, some in favor and others against; for many an evolution in the band and for others the band would not be the same without the extraordinary voice and shadow of Bruce Dickinson.

In 1995 Iron maiden The X Factor releases an album that does not reach the expected success, but that in its composition does things that differentiate it from other albums by the band, such as putting acoustic intros on the tracks, or particularly speaking "Sign On The Cross" that becomes epic within the Iron Maiden song catalog for its eleven minutes, nothing done and never put into action within the group's repertoire; with all this and the album does not have a good presence on the charts, given that, the criticism was harsh with Blaze bayley and its comparisons with Bruce Dickinson.
For 1998 the group publishes and puts on sale Virtual XI, an 8-track LP that develops the theme of progress to the future, computing and its repercussions on that present in the year 98.
The album has once again had mixed reviews, where it is said that the sales of the album were low due to the poor quality of the album, while in other areas it is said that the album maintains the hope of an evolution, with the new blood of Blaze bayley, within the alignment of Iron maiden.

Out of those years Bayley leaves the band, due to rumors of the return of Dickinson and with this the end of his adventure with Iron Maiden.
