Biomortek celebrated 14 years of existence in the second edition of the Live Industrial Party

Los amantes del género industrial en sus diferentes facetas se dieron cita en el Flying Circus for the second edition of the event “Live Industrial Party" An event produced by Katz Productions, productora que lleva muchos años al pie del cañón luchando por ser casa y semillero de propuestas nacionales, siempre con un estilo propio y de cordialidad con mucho trabajo y entusiasmo detrás.

The evening begins with a performance of industrial characteristic clothing with dancers dressed in overalls and gas masks, and a juggler on stilts with many lights and a bizarre image. So the night gives way to Dead land, project of Nu Metal with a very marked influence of bands like Static X, and the first works of System of a Down. Topics like "Robotics", "The sun is gone" and "The insects will die" they were touched and applauded by the people, and in general the band had a good reception by those present; until with "Teddy Bear" and "The time of silence" Dead land says goodbye to applause.

If we speak of a good reception from the attendees, then we have to mention that Mechanical Paradise It was one of the winning projects of the party. Proposal Aggrotech influenced by bands like Snout was welcomed by the electrogoths who immediately began to dance waving the fluorescent bracelets that the producer had the good to give away at the beginning of the event. And it is these things that make the projects of Katz Productions: not just limiting yourself to presenting the bands but always looking for interaction and performance, such as, for example, the detail that prior to each group presenting themselves, showing on the screens a brief interview with the band asking them about their origins and industrial influences; as well as what they consider is necessary for that scene in our country. Mechanical Paradise says goodbye with the participation of the drummer Didier wen in the subject "Where is your God?", satisfied to have moved the feet of the assistants.

The time would come for the act of Enlist Freak, which must be said, was very much due. Despite being the one who wore the most in terms of makeup, clothing and being accompanied by the girls of Element in their role as military dancers; his performance fell short of expectations. He not only sang only four songs (three covers to Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, and Eurythmics; and a theme of his authorship) with nothing but him and pre-recorded tracks in the background, but he did it with an over-acted presence and with bad arrangements from my point of view. The weakest and shortest performance of the festival.

Demian Draven would be the next band to go on stage with everything and machine gun in the drummer's hand Didier wen, who was already characterized with his military uniform ready for action. The night opened with "Conspiracy" and "Do you want to see yourself?", and of course all eyes are mainly focused on Demian, who with sober black industrial clothing rises and falls from the large cubes that he has placed at the center of the stage while singing songs like "Bankrupt Moons" and "Lucifer". His proposal between the rock and industrial metal with references to movies like The devil's lawyer coupled with the fact that they are already old acquaintances in this circle, they allow them to have a good reception from the attendees; and they say goodbye interpreting "Crime", "I want to sleep" and "Without comeback". The stage is ready for Lilith Bella Morte of the collective Makabra Bizarre He gave us a superb performance with his dark dance and the handling of fire as an element in various lots; all as a prelude to the stellar act of the night.

Finally Biomortek would make his appearance on stage and from the beginning with "Fission" and "Upset Systems ” llenaría el recinto con su metal industrial pesado y contundente.

Someone hands a golden tree of plenty to the lead singer of Biomortek which he places at the back of the stage, and the performance of Biomortek continues its course with "Fire! ”,“ Overload ” and "Burn the process" The night is starting to go and the party is about to end, but the band still has a lot of diesel to continue working and that is why we can listen to songs like "The awakening", "Twisting neurons" and "The biomechanical beast". And now to close the act, Biomortek invites all the talent of the night to take the stage, to lock the evening to the rhythm of the powerful Thieves original from Ministry. So then with some of the singers of the event doing the "pigeon" with Biomortek and with its singer posing a few minutes with the golden tree previously described in front, this is how this Mexican band says goodbye on its fourteenth birthday; as well as this was dismissed Live Industrial Party of which by the way, its organizer has already promised a third edition in the same year with details still to be confirmed and announced.
