The Italians Lacuna Coil have released the official video for their new single, 'In The Mean Time', which features the participation of the singer Ash Costello ofNew Years Day. The video is the work of Patric Ullaeus.
“In The Mean Time is a reflection of the extent to which our society has “lost its mind” in general. We live in really bad times full of unhappy people: lonely, anxious, depressed and destructive. The pressure that crushes from the outside does not allow you to see things with adequate clarity. This song is like group therapy: it is not a lament but an acceptance that once broken, it is difficult to put it back together. We need to stop thinking about all the inescapable toxicity and discover that there is so much more to this life… and know that in the meantime, not everything can align. “We invited Ash Costello to appear on the song and we are delighted that he came on board and added exactly what we needed for this song with his warm voice and charisma,” the band says.
