Rock icon Ozzy Osbourne has announced his final memoir, Last Rites, slated for publication on October 15, 2025. The book promises a candid, emotional exploration of his personal journey and musical legacy.
Ozzy delves into defining moments—his turbulent childhood, rise to fame with Black Sabbath, solo career triumphs, battles with addiction, and family losses. He aims to conclude this chapter of his life while honoring those who supported him along the way.
Last Rites The memoir also offers newly revealed anecdotes from the studio, life on tour, relationships with producers and bandmates, and stories from his farewell tour and the 50th Ozzfest. Ozzy further reflects on themes like religion, spirituality, and redemption.
Featuring a foreword by a close collaborator and a deluxe edition with rare photos, newspaper clippings, and handwritten reflections, Ozzy personally reviewed every chapter to maintain his authentic voice.
A promotional tour including bookstore events, live readings, and signings is planned. There will also be an audio version narrated by Ozzy himself, adding a deeply personal layer to the storytelling experience.
