HOKKA lanzará su debut “Via Miseria IV” el 24 de abril vía Nuclear Blast y presenta el emotivo single “Heart Said No”, mostrando su faceta más vulnerable.

Finnish rising force HOKKA has announced the release of its debut album, Via Miseria IV, set for April 24 via Nuclear Blast. The project is led by former Blind Channel frontman Joel Hokka and features founding and former The Rasmus guitarist Pauli Rantasalmi alongside drummer Jimi Aslak.

In anticipation of the album, the band has released its third single, “Heart Said No,” accompanied by a cinematic and visually striking music video. The track follows previously unveiled singles “In The Darkness” and “Death By Cupid’s Arrow,” further shaping the group’s artistic direction.

Built around a captivating piano melody, “Heart Said No” evolves into an emotional anthem marked by both vulnerability and intensity. The song highlights a more introspective dimension of the band while maintaining their dynamic sonic force.

Via Miseria IV explores themes of inner struggle, resilience and emotional conflict. Joel Hokka described the songwriting process behind the single as deeply personal, noting that it emerged from a raw and reflective moment shared within the band.
