In recent months, avenged sevenfold has been working on a song for the video game Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 which will be released this summer.
This game will be released on October 12 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Bassist Johnny Christ of the band, commented that the next weeks they will be working in the studio this song. In addition, we will not have to wait for the launch of the game to be able to listen to it since it will be revealed before the estimated date.
In 2012 Avenged had already contributed the song "Carry On" and "Not Ready to die" for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2On the other hand, this game also has visual references and even the appearance of the band logo at different stages of the game.
After the credits, members of A7X along with the characters Frank Woods and Raúl Menéndez, interpret the theme "Carry On".
Although not written for the game, "Nightmare" also appears on the Zombies Moon map after acquiring the "One Giant Leap" trophy, and a shortened version of "Shepherd of Fire" can be seen in the Origins introductory scene.
