Foo Fighters have officially released the music video for “Of All People”, one of the fastest and most explosive tracks from their new album Your Favorite Toy, released on April 24 through Roswell Records and RCA Records.
Directed by Alex Acy, the clip transforms the song’s brief two-and-a-half-minute runtime into a full-blown display of absurd and dangerously entertaining extreme sports chaos.
For the visual, Acy recruited Swiss extreme skiing collective BPC (Buldoz Project Crew), internationally known for practicing a completely unconventional style of skiing: skiing without snow.
Instead of snowy mountains, BPC members Flaco, Blasco Paterno Castello, Mael Bovey, Jordy and Andrea de Angelis perform tricks and downhill runs on concrete, glass, urban structures and terrain where skiing technically should not even exist. The result perfectly matches the frantic energy of “Of All People”, a burst of distortion, speed and melodic aggression that stands out as one of the shortest and most direct tracks on the new album.
Speaking about the video, Dave Grohl said: “Just when I thought I'd seen it all, I discovered BPC and snowless skiing. It’s either the gnarliest extreme sport I’ve ever seen or the most fun anyone can have before ending up in the hospital — probably both.”
Meanwhile, director Alex Acy explained that he first discovered the group through YouTube roughly a year ago and instantly became fascinated with the idea of collaborating with them. “It takes a certain charisma to pull off such stupid and dangerous stunts with style,” he added.
The album arrived alongside the launch of the band’s massive new “Take Cover Tour”, which will see Dave Grohl and company touring arenas and festivals worldwide throughout 2026.
More than thirty years into their career, with multiple GRAMMY Awards and a reputation as one of the defining rock bands of the 21st century, FOO FIGHTERS continue proving their rare ability to evolve both visually and sonically without losing their core identity.
