Los neozelandeses Ulcerate anunciaron que su esperado nuevo álbum de estudio, ‘Cutting the Throat of God’ llegará el próximo 14 de junio a través de Debemur Morti Productions. El primer sencillo, ‘The Dawn is Hollow’ ya está disponible.
‘Cutting the Throat of God’ se grabó en el otoño de 2023, bajo la atenta mirada del baterista Jamie Saint Merat, quien también supervisó la producción y proporcionó la dirección artística del álbum. El renombrado ingeniero de masterización Magnus Lindberg (conocido por su trabajo con Cult of Luna, Russian Circles y Tribulation) dio los toques finales al lanzamiento. ‘Cutting the Throat of God’ explora un tema lírico cohesivo centrado en la ruptura de la moralidad, el delicado límite entre la depravación y la extremidad, y el irreversible descenso a la oscuridad.
