Within Temptation are, this 2024, the ambassadors of the Netherlands on Record Store Day. For this occasion they will launch an exclusive and available 12-inch vinyl, free of charge for the first 5,000 buyers of Record Store Day on April 20. 'The Artone Sessions' are 4 acoustic songs recorded live directly to disc, in the presence of more than 50 record store owners. Record Store Day takes place on Saturday, April 20 and will be present in 116 independent record stores in the Netherlands.

The first 5,000 customers to make a purchase at one of the participating record stores on Saturday, April 20 will receive a free 'Within Temptation – The Artone Sessions', a 12-inch EP featuring four acoustic tracks from the band. However, as a large group of Within Temptation fans prefer the CD: listeners can also choose to purchase the CD digipack with the same four songs, limited to only 1000 copies!
The four acoustic tracks were recorded in the presence of more than 50 RSD stores in the Netherlands on January 29, 2024. The unique performance took place atArtone Studio in Haarlem, located inside one of the pressing plants vinyl records in Europe: the recording industry and have been recorded directly onto the record.
