After almost three decades of career, the Canadian band SUM 41 announced their official separation through a statement published through social networks.

“Being in SUM 41 since 1996 brought us some of the best moments of our lives. We will be forever grateful to all our fans, old and new, who have supported us in every way. It is difficult to express the love and respect we have for all of you and we want you to hear this from us first.

'Heaven :x: Hell', the latest album in the career of SUM 41, will be released on March 29 through strong>Rise Records. After its release, the band will go on a world tour and then break up permanently.

“It was not a decision I made lightly,” Deryck Whibley tells us exclusively about the goodbye. “It was something I thought about for a long time and I think it's the right time to do it. We are in the best moment. Every time the fans and the shows are bigger, so it is a good point to say goodbye.”
