Vermillion, the long-awaited debut solo album from Epica frontwoman Simone Simons, is out now. To celebrate the milestone, she’s revealed the official video for the track ‘‘Cradle To The Grave’, which features a powerful guest appearance by Arch Enemy’s Alissa White-Gluz.
The video is the work of director Patric Ullaeus.
“‘Cradle to the Grave’ addresses the universal journey of facing life’s ups and downs, exploring the relentless search for meaning and purpose. The song captures the essence of the human condition as a constant battle of struggle and resilience, where, despite efforts to build and conquer, there is a deep acceptance that life is short, finite and often unforgiving.”, say Simone and Arjen Lucassen.
