Pain has announced his highly anticipated new studio album, I Am, which will be released on May 17 via Nuclear Blast Records. With the first single 'Go With The Flow', Peter Tägtgren's industrial project sets the tone for the release of the album and of course, comes accompanied by a video that includes the participation of actor Peter Stormare .
“Go with the flow takes me back to '80s synth pop. Writing more in that direction was an idea I'd had for a while, so I started breaking out the analog synths and going crazy, and of course I needed to get back to a Catchy chorus from Pain. The hardest part was writing the lyrics to the song and figuring out what style to use to sing…the lyrics are about me always being negative and needing to let things go when things don't go as planned. Just forget about it and move on.”
