Legendary Swedish progressives Opeth have officially announced the release of their new studio album, 'The Last Will And Testament' which will be available at starting October 11 via Reigning Phoenix Music.
The first single from the new album,‘§1’ is now available and you can listen to it below.
“I love this album,” says Mikael Åkerfeldt. "I have to say it. Maybe I can even claim to be proud? There are some familiar ingredients there, sure. Most of our music has come from the same source, so I guess it's no big surprise that it sounds like “we.” I'm a little amazed by what we did with 'The Last Will And Testament'. “It feels like a dream.”
'The Last Will and Testament' was produced by Åkerfeldt and Stefan Boman, and was mixed on strong>Atlantis and Hammerthorpe Studios in Stockholm.
