Anatoly Pakhalenko of Nytt Land suffers heart attack, postpones shows

Anatoly Pakhalenko of Nytt Land suffers a heart attack, suspending shows for a month under medical advice.

Anatoly Pakhalenko, member and founder of Nordic folk band Nytt Land, suffered a heart attack ten days ago—a sudden event that took both the group and fans by surprise, as there had been no prior symptoms or warning signs.

A few days before the incident, Anatoly visited a hospital due to mild chest discomfort, a move that proved crucial in securing early treatment and preventing further complications. His condition is now stable, and he is undergoing medical evaluations to determine the next steps in his recovery.

On medical advice, which calls for at least a month without air travel, Nytt Land has canceled and rescheduled all performances planned for the next 30 days, moving them to next year.

Nytt Land remains hopeful that Anatoly will return to the stage soon, and that such an incident will not occur again in the future.
