MOTIONLESS IN WHITE reincarnates in Plaza Condesa

For the first time, Motionless In White appeared in our country as a stellar and unitary band showing their fans their new name job ‘Reincarnate’, orn impeccable work and that in the voice of the band's own members, where they finally reached the emblematic and perfect sound for those from Pennsylvania. If you don't believe us, you can read the interview we had with the band just a few weeks ago, here.

11774300_10153563254229171_196750238_nThe Plaza Condesa on Sunday was the venue chosen for such an emblematic show, being Mourning, the band chosen to open the events; a proposal that was very liked by the public both for those who did not know them or for those who already located their material, taking jumps and applause from the vast majority of the respectable. I'm not missing the funny one that I told you “Puto” playing with the name of the band, but they were the least and it's part of the fun after all.

After the performance of the Mexican band and with exquisite punctuality, the screeching sound of alarms announces that the stellar band is about to take the stage, and it does so at the rhythm of ‘Deathmarch’ to continue with the namesake of his new album, ‘Reincarnate’, ‘Generation Lost’ y ‘Puppets 3 ( The Grand Finale)’. A white blanket in the background, with bloody letters forming the name of the band, is the perfect visual frame for those metalcore vampires who move on stage like night monsters to the rhythm of ‘Creatures’ and ‘Puppets 1( The First Snow)’, a theme known to the duet with Dani Filth [Cradle Of Filth] and that is really missed live.

“A-M-E-R-I-C-A” The audience spells it out, when the song named after our continent is performed and nobody stops jumping on the track. The tide and the thrusts are the order of the day and some metalcore slam lovers seek to do their aggressive tricks in the huge moshpit that has been generated, although there are few who really play along while ‘Everybody Sells Cocaine’ unleashes madness in the square.

"We are very happy to be here, so we have news for you: Today we will play one of the most extensive setlists we have ever played" welcomes Chris Motionless who keeps his word while executing ‘Carry the Torch’, ‘Abigail’ and to finish the hat trick, ‘If It’s Dead, We’ll Kill It’ all at once, with 11 songs already played and we are barely halfway there.

11756581_10153563254314171_1205475345_nChris He is one of those vocalists who make screams from the fans -especially- with absolutely everything he says or does, and it is truly deafening the high volume of the voices of the fans who scold themselves for showing that they are the loudest at the enigmatic vocalist. Therefore, it is not surprising that the Plaza Condesa becomes the official headquarters of female hysteria when the singer dedicates to all the girls. ‘Dead as Fuck”’ para después seguir con ‘Sick of the Melt’ and invite the public to “Take a trip together now to Germany”, con de ‘Du Hast’, original of the Teutonic band Rammstein -and which in my opinion is excellently done in the purest style of Motionless In White– volviendose la llave para el bloque más agresivo -y esperado- por los amantes del metalcore y el slam, pues a continuación vendría un trió de temas compuesto por ‘Break The Cycle’, ‘Unstoppable’ and ‘Comtemptress’ que ponen la adrenalina a tope. Para cerrar la noche, la banda se decantó por un tema no muy común ‘Dark Passenger’, que junto a ‘Immaculate Misconception' and 'Devil’s Night’ They put a stunning finale to a concert.
