After a long four-year trial, Krzysztof Drabikowski has recovered the rights to everything related to the band Batushka's brand, against his former bandmate from Bartłomiej Krysiukwho has already announced that he plans to appeal the resolution.
The ruling states: “Bartłomiej Krysiuk, without the consent of Krzysztof Drabikowski, is prohibited from using the name ‘Batushka’ or ‘БАТЮШКА’ in his musical activity, including the use of this trademark and this name for musical and audiovisual recordings.The defendant Bartłomiej Krysiuk is prohibited from disseminating information by which he claims that he has exclusive rights to the name 'Batushka' or 'БАТЮШКА' or misleading that Krzysztof Drabikowski does not have such rights.
