Kittie is back. 25 years after their debut album and after 13 years since their last release, the band has presented their most recent single 'Eyes Wide Open', produced by Nick Raskulinecz and their first song as part of the catalog of Sumerian Records.
“Our first new material in 13 years, ‘Eyes Wide Open’ is a truth-seeking vision. It is a torch lit in the darkness of ignorance to reveal one's true motives. ‘Eyes Wide Open’ is a lesson in trust, betrayal, and ultimately, the ability to see behind the curtain to reveal everything. It was one of the first songs we wrote, coming together again after a long time of not creating, and I think you can really hear the fires rekindling in this song,” says Morgan Lander.
