Inkcarceration Festival 2026 raises the bar with its most ambitious lineup yet

Inkcarceration Festival 2026 will bring over 65 bands to the Ohio State Reformatory, led by Disturbed, Limp Bizkit and Bad Omens across three massive days.

After setting attendance records in 2025 with more than 90,000 fans, Inkcarceration Festival returns in 2026 aiming even higher. Taking place July 17–19 at the historic Ohio State Reformatory, the festival once again transforms the former prison into one of the most distinctive rock and metal destinations in the world.

Friday will be headlined by Disturbed, Papa Roach, Cypress Hill and Hollywood Undead. Saturday delivers a powerful lineup featuring Bad Omens, Gojira, The Used and Sleeping With Sirens. Sunday closes with Limp Bizkit, A Day To Remember, Motionless In White and Ice Nine Kills.

Beyond the music, Inkcarceration stands out for its immersive atmosphere. The festival features over 100 tattoo artists, haunted attractions and guided access to the prison itself, famously known for its role in The Shawshank Redemption. This fusion of music, tattoo culture and historic setting makes the event truly one of a kind.

The 2026 edition will also spotlight special reunions, anniversary performances and a large number of first-time appearances, alongside several home-state acts. This balance between fresh talent and established favorites continues to define Inkcarceration’s identity.

After five consecutive sell-out years, Inkcarceration 2026 is shaping up to be the largest and most in-demand edition yet. With continued site upgrades and expanded camping options, the festival further cements its place as one of the premier rock and metal events of the summer season.
