One of Japan's most prolific rock artists, HYDE, is coming to Mexico. Known as the vocalist of L'Arc~en~Ciel, VAMPS, he will be visiting us again with his solo project on August 29th at Circo Volador.
HYDE has performed sold-out concerts at the famed Tokyo Dome 16 times, has had over 60 top 10 singles on Japan's Oricon charts, has sold over 40 million albums, and performed a sold-out concert on the deck of the U.S.S. Missouri in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, to name just a few of his numerous accolades.
HYDE’s album, “ANTI,” was released digitally worldwide in May 2019, coinciding with the start of a spring US tour headlined by In This Moment, culminating in a sold-out solo show in Los Angeles, quickly followed by his fall 2019 tour with Starset, Palisades, and A Brilliant Lie.
Following a series of tours and memorable festival performances across Japan and Asia, HYDE released his latest album, “HYDE [INSIDE],” on September 13, 2024. This album includes several related tracks, such as ON MY OWN (anime series “MARS RED”), DEFEAT (PlayStation®5 game “DEVIL MAY CRY 5 Special Edition”), and BELIEVING IN MYSELF (Tokyo Marathon 2020). HYDE held his first solo concerts in the United States since the pandemic in November 2024 and shows no signs of slowing down.
