On Saturday, August 9, we visited the Foro Norte (formerly known as the Snake bar) located in Naucalpan, Estado de México, to witness more than 6 hours of music made up of Mexican bands such as Joliette, Beta México, Katerva, Sputnik, Lack of remorse and of course, the guest of honor and header: Green Jellÿ.
It started with the interpretation of Katerva, TOOL's first tribute in Mexico, and sincerely listening to them, their faithful attachment to the songs of the Californian band was recognized. Songs like Vicarious or Ænema They reminded those present of what was experienced in March, in the sports palace and the Tajín Summit. Something interesting that we knew about this band is that Bill manspeaker, leader of Green Jellöobserved his performance and was pleased enough to say that they had the Maynard James Keenan Mexican as a vocalist. 
Following this, we witness the participation of Joliette, banda originaria de Puebla, vestidos de playera blanca salvo el baterista, quienes contagiaron al público con más ánimo gracias a sus riffs estruendosos, además de vocales un tanto complejas. Concluimos que pueden sonar un poco inesperados, nos retomó un poco el género progresivo. Simplemente se dejan llevar por su sentido, cerrando con un primer “baile” de slam por parte de los espectadores. 
It was the turn of Beta Mexico, también de origen poblano, llegando al escenario un poco más tranquilos, pero con toda la actitud. Se catalogan como una agrupación de rock alternativo. Escuché un par de comentarios entre las personas como “No son los teloneros adecuados para Green Jellö”, sin embargo hubo atención ante lo que interpretaban y simplemente se veía que disfrutaron su estancia en el escenario. Estaremos revisando, cuando se presente la oportunidad, sus futuras presentaciones. 
Sputnik también tuvo atención por ser una banda de punk rock, un poco más “light”, pero no dejan de ser agradables ante el oído. Lo relevante de estos compatriotas es que ya cuentan con más de 10 años de experiencia como banda y nos agrada el hecho que conserven las líricas en español, algo que después se rompe en regla con muchos grupos que optan por interpretar su música en inglés. Tienen frescura y un lineamiento positivo. 
The last warm-up was snatched away by Lack of Remorse and its metal bacon. Its gutturals, in itself, all its members stood out and complemented each other. They also motivated to make a remarkable mosh pit in the center of the public, headbangs everywhere and contagious spirit. My biggest surprise with them was their cover of Limp Bizkit, with the song Break Stuff, putting together a wall of death that included women, men and every possible living being. With this it was more than enough to review what they are made of. Keep in that way! Después de un descanso, el escenario se tornó verde, cambios de instrumentos y la aparición de un animado Bill para hacer un improvisado, pero divertido soundcheck, cosa que hizo feliz al público. Después el anuncio oficial de que iniciaría el show más divertido con marionetas y títeres se manifestó, no hubo nadie que se aburriera ante su presencia. “GREEN JELLÖ SUXXX, GREEN JELLÖ SUXXX” gritaba Bill, motivando a que lo pronunciaran los presentes, entre sonrisas y euforia, dirigiendo a todos que lo saludaran con el dedo de en medio. 
Una chica fue invitada al escenario a ser “exorcizada” por el Cowgod preferido de todos (Bill), además de gente que subió al escenario para formar parte del espectáculo. Fue una oda al desmadre, sin reglas concretas más que cantar, divertirse y disfrutar que había valido la pena que la banda volara desde lejos para hacer “tratos” con los alienígenas aztecas y mayas, o al menos así lo expresaron en sus redes sociales oficiales. Total madness from start to finish with Green Jellö, de esos shows que no esperas muchas cosas y si ya los desde antes te darás cuenta que… ¡Vivir sus conciertos es igual a ver un cóctel de diversión, locura y mosh pits con marionetas incluidas!
