“Over a decade ago, when GHOST signed with Loma Vista, Tom Whalley (owner and CEO) asked us what the history of the band was. He felt that telling a story was vital to engaging new fans.

I said that because we were a new band and also but very importantly we were an ANONYMOUS band, there really wasn't a strong story to tell. At least not yet. But I told him if he wanted a story, he could make one up. This film is the fruit of that talk,” says Tobias Forge.

“Collaborating with Tobias to expand the GHOST saga into a film has been a wicked delight. This film allowed us to draw inspiration from everything, from silent horror films to The Great Rock n' Roll Swindle, from Ralph Bakshi to KISS Alive II. The influences were many, but above all, the final goal was to make a unique feast not only for GHOST fans, but for all lovers of cinematic alchemy between rock concerts and spooky pleasure. of horror,” says director Alex Ross Perry.

RITE HERE RITE NOW is a film produced by Popecorn Cinematic Pictures. Production credits include Kristen Mulderig, Rick Sales, Craig Butta and Jonas Åkerlund.
