Swedish theatrical metal band Ghost have officially made their cover of “It’s A Sin” available on streaming platforms. The song, originally by Pet Shop Boys, has been one of the most requested tracks in the band’s catalog.
The track was first released in 2018 as a bonus track on Prequelle, appearing only on select physical editions. Due to its limited availability, the cover quickly became a sought-after collector’s item among fans.
Ghost’s interpretation reshapes the iconic synth-pop anthem into a dark, dramatic and ceremonial piece, preserving the original melody while infusing it with the band’s signature theatrical weight and atmosphere associated with the Cardinal Copia era.
Its arrival on streaming coincides with narrative material tied to Chapter 24: Frater Is Delegating, adding another layer to Ghost’s evolving fictional universe. Rather than marking an ending, the release integrates an important piece of the band’s past into their accessible digital catalog.
