The Italian titans of Symphonic Death Metal, Fleshgod Apocalypse, have just released 'I Can Never Die', the new single from their long-awaited album Opera , which will be released on September 23rd via Nuclear Blast Records. Accompanying the song, an impressive video clip directed by the visionary Martina L. McLean illustrates the powerful tribute to the artists and the immortality of their works.
“Memory is the most powerful force in the universe, the only one that can grant us immortality,” declares vocalist Francesco Paoli. He explains that the song is an anthem to those who dedicate their lives to art: “It is essential to remember that everything we create survives us, it has a life of its own. Death may be sudden, but the art we leave behind reflects who we were.”
