Thrash metal pioneers Exodus are marking the 40th anniversary of their seminal debut album, Bonded by Blood, with a special Latin American tour in October 2025. The legendary album will be performed in full each night, offering fans a unique experience and a powerful tribute to one of metal’s most defining records.
Originally released in 1985, Bonded by Blood remains one of the genre’s most influential works, known for its relentless speed, razor-sharp riffs, and raw energy. This anniversary tour honors that legacy, reigniting the power of a record that helped define thrash metal alongside Slayer, Metallica, and Anthrax.
The tour kicks off on October 7 in Mexico City and includes stops in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Costa Rica. Latin American fans — revered for their passion — are expected to turn out in force for this once-in-a-generation event.
This will be one of the most significant tours in Exodus' recent history, not only for the anniversary, but also for its intention to reconnect with their legacy and bring it closer to new generations of fans. After decades of influence on the global scene, the band proves that their fire remains as alive as it was in their early days.
Exodus, led by Gary Holt and Steve “Zetro” Souza, is experiencing a resurgence, combining classic brutality with modern precision. With over four decades of uncompromising metal behind them, the band shows no signs of slowing down.
