Erdling, a fixture in the German-speaking dark metal scene, has unveiled their latest single “Alles dreht sich,” featuring Melissa Bruschi, vocalist of industrial outfit Hand of Juno. The track is fast, heavy, and driven by relentless energy, merging Erdling’s signature sound with English-sung passages that enhance its intensity.
The song is part of Mana, the band’s seventh studio album, scheduled for release on October 17, 2025. Framed as a “musical ritual,” Mana delves into the idea of an ancient energy that lies dormant within each person, raw and ready to be unleashed. The album will be available as a double CD digipak—including the bonus disc Behind 10 Years of Erdling, featuring in-depth commentaries on key tracks from their career—and as a limited wooden box set with exclusive collector’s items.
Self-produced and mixed/mastered at Sweden’s acclaimed Fascination Street Studios, Mana features eleven new songs that blend crushing guitar work with atmospheric depth and a lyrical message urging self-empowerment. Highlights include “Aurora,” “Dominus Omnium,” “Miasma,” “Ohne Uns,” and the newly released “Alles dreht sich.”
Erdling will support the release with a series of special events, including an album release party and signing session on October 17 in Leipzig, their debut Finnish performance in Helsinki on November 13, and the Mana Tour 2026, spanning multiple German cities in January and February with Averium as special guest.
With over a decade of history and six Top 100 albums, Erdling continues to evolve without losing their essence. Mana aims to encapsulate everything that defines the band: uncompromising heaviness, introspective melody, spiritual depth, and anthemic force.
