Swedish rockers Eleine have announced that bassist Filip Stålberg and drummer Jesper Sunnhagen have been released from the band for inappropriate behaviour towards fans. No further details were given about what the behaviour was.
“We regretfully have to inform you that our drummer Jesper Sunnhagen and our bassist Filip Stålberg will have to leave the band. They have broken one of the most important parts of our contract as band members by acting inappropriately towards our fans.
His dismissal is immediate and will not affect our upcoming tours. There will be replacement musicians to take his place during upcoming shows. Thank you for understanding that we put our fans first.”
Eleine will arrive in Mexico for the first time as part of her Latin American tour in the summer of 2025. More details to come soon.
