Amenra has released two EPs that highlight their career as one of extreme music's most captivating and unequivocally vital figures. De Toorn and With Fang and Claw possess unique soundscapes, compositional approaches, and emotional heft. The result is a two-part journey through Amenra's raw and visceral beginnings and a look into the band's future as one of the genre's most fascinating and cinematic experiences.
To celebrate the release, Amenra shares the official music video for ‘Salve Mater’, the closing track from the ‘With Fang and Claw’ EP. ‘Salve Mater’ completes four visually stunning videos that accompany the two new EPs.
“Together, we fought our way through life toward Bird Spirit, and with this final short film, we conclude ‘With Fang and Claw.’ We said goodbye to who we were and embraced our new selves. This short film is a collaborative project of creators Sam Debaecke (director) and Thomas Vercauteren (cinematographer), who, along with us and many other like-minded artists, joined forces to shape the world of ‘Salve Mater,’” the band says.
