Set in the influential New York music scene of the early '60s, A Complete Unknown follows 19-year-old Minnesota-born musician Bob Dylan (Timothée Chalamet) on his meteoric rise as a folk singer in concert halls and the charts, with his songs and mystique making him a global sensation, culminating in his groundbreaking performance of electric rock and roll at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965.
