Slipknot fans will be able to hear new music from the band in 2025, Shawn ‘Clown‘ Crahan has confirmed in a recent interview with LouderSound. And no, it’s not just the highly-anticipated spin-off, ‘Look Inside Your Window’, but an entirely new album.
“We have a new album out. We’re going to start recording it any day now. I just want to start with an energy like everything is starting over again. That’s how I want to approach it,” he said.
Of course, he also mentioned the already mentioned ‘Look Outside Your Window‘, which will supposedly see the light in the first months of 2025, after spending several years in Slipknot’s drawers after being recorded by Clown, Corey Taylor, Sid Wilson and Jim Root during the sessions for the 2008 album ‘All Hope is Gone’.
“It was never a Slipknot album. Not while it was being made, not while I’ve been holding on to it for ten years, and certainly not when it comes out,” he says.
