The film will arrive in cinemas and IMAX worldwide on August 26 for a limited engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Shot entirely on 16mm film, 2 BIG TO RIG features the only professionally filmed footage from the phone-free SKELETOUR WORLD TOUR, offering fans a cinematic look at Ghost's live production. In addition to the performances, the film includes exclusive behind-the-scenes segments highlighting the crew members responsible for bringing the band's theatrical stage show to life every night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">According to the band, the film is designed to transport audiences back to the two Mexico City performances, placing viewers among the nearly 40,000 fans who attended the concerts while also revealing what happens behind the curtain before and after each performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Ahead of the global release, Ghost will host a limited number of early-access IMAX screenings on August 24 in Berlin, London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Sydney. Each city will host a single exclusive screening two days before the worldwide theatrical premiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The band is encouraging fans attending the screenings to dress up in Ghost-inspired attire and share their experience using the hashtag #GHOST2BigToRig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Tickets for both the advance screenings and the worldwide theatrical release will officially go on sale on July 23.
