Lyrically, the song reflects on social anxiety, emotional paralysis and internalized pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Meanwhile, \u201cBack In My Ways\u201d explores a darker and slower-burning atmosphere before erupting into one of the album\u2019s heaviest emotional peaks.
