Internationally acclaimed musician YOSHIKI, leader of the legendary band X Japan, will perform Japan\u2019s national anthem Kimigayo at the Japanese Grand Prix of the Formula One World Championship on March 29, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The performance will take place at the iconic Suzuka Circuit, one of the most historic venues in motorsport. Nearly 200,000 spectators are expected to attend the event in person, while the race will be broadcast to more than 180 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the ceremony, YOSHIKI will deliver a unique arrangement of the anthem featuring both piano and drums, marking a first-of-its-kind interpretation at the prestigious Formula One event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking about the performance, YOSHIKI said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
