The album\u2019s cover art is by artist Rodney Matthews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u201cThis new album has the most adventurous and bold spirit my music has had in decades. And it\u2019s quite brash, fearless, powerful and thought-provoking \u2013 and not at all introverted. While my previous albums allowed me to let off a lot of steam, this time I dove headfirst into the creative stream, creating ten discrete musical images, which miraculously coalesced into what I believe to be the most complete chapter in the history of Avantasia. I did everything exactly the way I wanted, approaching the album with relentless determination and a carefree attitude, which reminded me of my early days long before opera metal, when I felt unstoppable and let instinct write songs. Right now I\u2019m full of energy and can\u2019t wait to unleash \u2018Here Be Dragons\u2019 and then start the big tour with our new stage.
